Order Using PDF Packing Slips
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the cart icon at the top right.
- Click Upload a File.
- Find and choose your PDF (like an old order or packing slip. It must have SKUs and quantities on it).
- Wait a few seconds while our AI reads the file.
- Check your cart — our AI adds the items for you!
- Make any changes you need (like changing the number of items).
- When everything looks right, click Checkout.

Order Using Forwarded Emails
- Log in to your account.
- Click the cart icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Forward an Email.
- Copy your unique @mail.sparklayer.io
email address. - In your email app, paste that address into the To field (recipient field).
- In the body of the email, list the quantities and SKUs you want to order.
- Click Forward.
- Wait a few seconds for your email to upload to the Forward an Email section in your cart.
- Click Populate Cart from Email — your order will appear automatically!
- When everything looks right, click Checkout.

Save Shopping Lists
- Log in to your your account.
- Add items to your cart that you want to save (search for SKUs, set quantities, etc.).
- Go to your cart page where you can review the items.
- Look for the option labeled Save as Shopping List under the Actions drop down menu near the top of the cart.
- Give your shopping list a name (for example: “Monthly Re-order” or “Route 66 Store”).
- Click Save.
- When you later want to use that list, go to your Account area and find Shopping Lists.
Select your saved list and click Create New Cart to populate your cart with those items. When everything looks right, click checkout.
